About
I'm a Principal Software Engineering Manager working on data and analytics products. I lead engineering teams responsible for turning sophisticated data technologies into coherent, useful product capabilities.Much of my work is about dealing with complexity: multiple systems, teams, requirements, and constraints that need to come together into something that makes sense for customers. I enjoy finding the structure in those problems, making the right technical tradeoffs, and helping teams move from ambiguity to a clear direction.My role combines engineering leadership with product thinking. I stay close to the technology while also focusing on how teams work, how decisions get made, and how we deliver high-quality software at scale.As a leader, I value ownership, engineering judgment, and simplicity. I want engineers to understand not just what we're building, but why it matters, and to have the space to make good decisions. I'm at my best when the problem is difficult, the boundaries aren't obvious, and solving it requires both technical depth and collaboration.
