Hi! I'm Cristina a multilingual, dynamic and driven entrepreneur with a strategic mentality. I enjoy working with people interested on creating long-term impact and transformation. I have extensive experience in building and training sales teams, developing team culture, structuring commercial strategies, networking and mentoring Start-up founders and their leadership teams.
Currently I am an Advisor and Scaling Consultant for Startups located in Latin America, Spain and Africa. I advice Start-ups and their teams on innovation and sustainable business models to achieve scalability. Before this role I worked as Country Manager for Rocket Internet (Hellofood), co-founded the first digital experiences market-place in LATAM (Wishbird), and worked in different multinational companies including Airbus Helicopters, Cisco Systems, and Thomson Telecom, mainly in their international sales teams. The combination of these opportunities allowed me to learn from different business cultures, strategic mentalities, and to understand the importance on focusing on people development.
