Before I built my coaching practice, I spent 10+ years in engineering leadership, with 20+ years of professional experience overall. I started up an office from scratch, ran a national engineering division, and led cultural turnarounds that drove triple-digit percentage margin growth. I've had every hard conversation — performance, accountability, restructuring, letting people go — from the engineering leader's chair.
