I'm David - a SaaS Director, certified leadership coach, and tech leadership mentor with hands-on experience leading large global engineering and product teams, as well as fast-scaling startups.
I specialise in helping first-time managers, new engineering managers, and tech leads stepping into leadership build the skills and confidence they need to succeed, fast. I also work with existing Managers and Senior Managers who are ready to make the jump to Director level.
