About
I help you with 1) discovery of professional goals in line with your personal values, 2) creation of a psychological safe plan towards your goals and 3) inculcation of behavioural traits to achieve your goals.
I have 5+ years of experience in mentoring scientists, engineers and other technical experts. I speak your language and my personal experience of being on the other side of the table helps me add perspective.
What happens when you start
You tell Denzil your goals. They see exactly what you want to work on before session one.
You meet within days. Denzil reviews your application and books your first session, usually within a day or two.
You leave with a plan. Concrete next steps and a weekly rhythm from your very first week.
