What's included in the trial?

We'll meet for a quick call (usually under 30 minutes) where we:
- Break the ice and introduce ourselves
- Discuss your goals and how I can support you
- Coordinate logistics like time zones, meeting frequency, and communication methods
I'm an experienced engineering leader at high growth tech startups (Brex, Betterment) and public big tech (Block/Square). At Betterment, I was the founding engineer (employee #3) and helped scale it to over 400 employees, and at Brex, I supported engineering orgs as the company grew from 100 to over 1500 in 4 years. Currently, I lead the Payments engineering org at Square.
