I'm a seasoned Product Manager with over 10 years of diverse experience in building and shipping products, from launching mobile apps to cloud-based solutions, telehealth, banking, and entertainment, in both B2C and B2B markets. I have technical experience and strong expertise in creating strategy, business model, pricing, competitor analysis, growth, case studies and experimentation, intuitive user journeys. Customer obsession and empathy are my key strength.
The last project I worked on was Azure Communication Services (ACS). I joined ACS during its ideation stage when it was a small start-up within Microsoft. I had the opportunity to wear multiple hats, explore different aspects of the product, work on strategy, find the product-market fit, and ultimately drive its growth. I successfully grew revenue by 3x year over year. I secured $2.5 million business deal with one of Microsoft customers.
Additionally, I can provide general career coaching. I was hired by Microsoft while I was in Russia, and they sponsored and relocated me to the United States. I've been at Microsoft almost 6 years. I can teach you how to achieve any goal you set in mind.
