I’m very passionate about helping others design a career and life that genuinely works for them. Whether it's through building a personal brand that brings you opportunities while you sleep without draining you, figuring out how to start or market a product, start your passion project, or figure out how to structure your life and go after your dreams, I'm here to help.
I deeply believe there are better, healthier ways to work than what we've been taught, and I love helping others figure out what their own path might look like, however unconventional it may be.
I also love to help fellow founders improve their personal brand and use it to get free press features (I've been featured on Business Insider, Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and a lot more, always for free) and I love to help others follow the same processes to access opportunities by working smarter.
I started my company, The Z Link, at the age of 20 as a solo founder with no funding at all, and it has now grown to a team of over 20 talented people around the world. We’ve worked with clients such as Pepsi, IKEA, Deloitte, and Hearst, MINISO, and more.
My first book, Design Your Life: Your Career, Your Way, was published worldwide in late 2024. It's an actionable guide for anyone who wants to use all the resources and tools that we have at our disposal to build a career path that provides them with freedom, flexibility, and ownership.
I also write a best-selling Substack newsletter (erifili.substack.com) with 48,000 subscribers, where I share practical and transformative ideas about designing a happy and fulfilling life, connecting to yourself, and everything in between.

I really appreciate how Erifili inspires confidence in me and makes me feel like I can achieve anything I set my mind to. She also gives thoughtful, constructive feedback. I do think a more customized approach with a clear game plan tailored to individual goals could make the direction feel even more strategic and actionable.
