Estie is a wonderful mentor to work with. She’s patient, kind, and very easy to talk to, which made our sessions feel comfortable and encouraging. She genuinely listens, gives thoughtful feedback, and offers helpful perspectives that make complex concepts easier to understand. I always felt supported and understood. I sought out mentorship, because I wasn't getting it in my full-time role. Estie has been really great to work with.
