I’m a senior engineering manager with experience at Microsoft, Meta, Snap, and SoFi, leading engineering teams across cloud SaaS, Ads, Measurement and Analytics, Web Platform, Data Engineering, Payment and Checkout Systems and consumer-facing products at massive scale.
Over the past 18 years, I've spent lots of time as the hiring manager on the other side of the table. I interviewed over 5000 candidates and hired engineering ICs and managers for the teams and organizations. I know exactly what earns a strong-hire signal and what quietly fails for an otherwise good candidate.
