Sometimes the fastest way to grow is to get thoughtful feedback on the work you are already doing. This MentorCruise session is designed to help you review a real piece of work with someone experienced in your field, whether that is a project, presentation, product decision, design, strategy, document, or deliverable. It is a chance to get a more expert perspective on what is working, what is not, and how to improve it.
You’ll work with an experienced mentor to break down your work, understand where it is strong, and identify the biggest opportunities to level it up. Together, you can discuss execution, clarity, quality, decision-making, and how the work might be perceived by teammates, managers, clients, or stakeholders. The goal is to leave with sharper feedback, better instincts, and practical next steps you can apply right away.
Your mentor
As a Engineering leader, I regularly review technical designs, architecture proposals, project plans, promotion packets, performance reviews, and engineering presentations. My role involves helping engineers and managers strengthen both the quality of their work and how they communicate it to technical and business stakeholders.
This session is tailored to whatever you're working on. Whether it's a design document, technical proposal, presentation, architecture review, promotion packet, performance review, or other engineering deliverable, I'll provide candid, actionable feedback on both the technical content and the overall narrative. My goal is to help you identify gaps, strengthen your reasoning, and present your work with greater clarity and impact.
I typically conduct these sessions during weekday evenings (Pacific Time), with occasional weekend availability.
