Eugenia boasts over 12 years of corporate experience, having served in roles at Meta and Expedia Group as Director of Ecosystem Partnerships for the EMEA region. Her primary focus was on monetization and crafting commercial strategies for Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp advertising technology and product partners. She navigated a diverse range of sectors, from SaaS to commerce, and from messaging to creative.
She is currently a partner at DVC, a San Francisco-based VC firm that supports repeat founders in the AI/ML space. Some notable portfolio companies are Perplexity AI, Humand, Collectly, Kick App and Zero.
Additionally, Eugenia serves as the Founder and CEO of Ultralite Consulting, where she advises startup founders on commercial strategy, GTM strategy, business development and B2B partnerships.
She is also an active angel investor in climate and sustainability, earning recognition as one of the Top 30 Female Investors to Watch in Climate globally in 2023.
Eugenia holds a Master's degree from Polytechnic University in St. Petersburg and an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School in the UK. She currently resides in Madrid, Spain.
