About
I’m a technology executive and senior technical leader with 14+ years of experience across Meta, Google, Netflix, AWS, and Capital One. My career has spanned hands-on engineering, large-scale systems, technical strategy, and leadership across complex organizations.
I enjoy helping experienced professionals navigate important career decisions, grow their leadership and influence, and think strategically about what comes next. Whether you’re working toward the next level, considering a career transition, or simply figuring out where you want to go next, I’m happy to share what I’ve learned and help you find the path that works for you.
What happens when you start
You tell Fangfei your goals. They see exactly what you want to work on before session one.
You meet within days. Fangfei reviews your application and books your first session, usually within a day or two.
You leave with a plan. Concrete next steps and a weekly rhythm from your very first week.
