Great leadership is not just about managing people. It is about building trust, making better decisions, communicating clearly, and helping others do their best work. This MentorCruise session is designed to support professionals who want to grow into stronger leaders, whether you are stepping into leadership for the first time or looking to become more effective in an existing role.

You’ll work with an experienced mentor to navigate real leadership challenges and develop a clearer sense of your style, strengths, and growth areas. Together, you can work through topics like communication, delegation, feedback, team dynamics, decision-making, and executive presence. The goal is to help you lead with more confidence, self-awareness, and effectiveness in the situations that matter most.

Your mentor

I’m a technology executive and senior technical leader with 14+ years of experience across Meta, Google, Netflix, AWS, and Capital One. My career has spanned hands-on engineering, technical strategy, and leading complex initiatives across teams and organizations.

I enjoy working with professionals grow their leadership capabilities, expand their influence, and navigate the challenges that come with increasing responsibility. Whether you're looking to strengthen executive communication, lead through ambiguity, influence without authority, manage stakeholders, or prepare for your next leadership level, I can share practical insights and help you develop an approach that works for you.
