With extensive experience in managing mixed-role teams, getting mentees into leadership roles and designing progression paths, I help individuals unlock their full potential.
Over the past decade, I’ve led transformative projects at large tech companies (Google and SAP) with external impact, personally hired and managed several teams (90+ people), led hyper growth and was part of unit leadership. All with high satisfaction rates of my reports and mentees!
As a mentor, I work with professionals at all stages of their careers, from early-career talent to senior executives, guiding them to develop with clarity, empathy and confidence.
