Hi, I am Gemma and I have over 10 years of experience working within the Digital industry in the Product Space. I am passionate about working with people and building relationships. With a background in psychology, I have led product teams to create and develop a number of products in the Real Estate, Aviation and Finance sectors across UK, Europe and Middle East.
In 2024 I started a business called 10x, servicing the Middle East Market, to elevate Product and UX maturity in the region. We offer B2B services to help organisations take their product ideas from 0 -1, to enhance their existing product portfolios and augment their product and designs teams. We also have a B2C arm supporting local talent with mentorship, training and coaching.
We partner with startups, scale-ups, and corporates to ship world-class products tailored to the Arab region's unique culture and audience.
