About
As a developer, I found myself taking on the role of Product Owner/Manger at several of the startups I worked at. I eventually realized my passion was the broader world of product, enjoying the many ways I was able to contribute beyond coding, including Design, Data, and UX. After many years in product consulting, I spent 2 years as Head of Product in an InsurTech startup, and now work as a Technical Product Manager at Hopper, an online travel agency, managing the core platform teams for Flights and Cart.
Over my 18 years of experience I've had several career transitions, from Professional Photographer and educator, to Technical Co-Founder of a food startup, Web Developer, Product Designer, and now Product Manager. During that time I've also learned to live and work while being disabled with a chronic health condition.

Finding the answer to a question is always a challenging task for any student. Especially for those who combine self learning path with mentorship support. Following Steedan’s directions, I was able to learn how to find those answers. For the beginner ux ui designer I found it frustrating how to get started. Steedan provided me with a clear structure of our study process. We worked together on a couple of projects where I learned Figma tool from scratch. Also Steedan shared with me directions on how to create a portfolio that gets you hired. Steedan was always on time during our calls with a stable internet connection. For personal reasons, i wasn’t able to appear on a few online meetings, but Steedan was very understanding and was very flexible with rescheduling them. He maintained a friendly environment during our calls. He didn’t forget complementing my job when it was done correctly but also professionally pointed out my mistakes.
