About
I have mentored dozens of Junior Solution Consultants on both product skills and soft skills. In addition, I've also helped people outside of the technology industry break into presales roles, despite some not having a technology degree. I believe the product knowledge is secondary to the soft skills, so if you are interested in making a transition, I can help with resume optimization, interview prep, mock demos, etc.
I have been in the technology space since 1999, and exclusively in presales roles for 12 years. I have a unique background in that I've been a Developer (coder), Implementation Consultant, Technical Solution Engineer, and Functional Solution Engineer.
I've also spent my entire career (25 years) in HR technology, so understand how hiring processes work and how AI interprets resumes.

My sessions went very well with Jamie because of his immense depth in this field, he helped me change my thought process about approaching the presales role and how to develop the resume for this role, develop or fine tune oral communication that will resonate with the sales recruiters and with the hiring managers followed by candid feedback about my mock interview sessions on how I did and the areas I needed to improve on, the mock interviews provided me a set of behavioral questions which were very useful in improving my confidence. My time with him was really worth going for a coaching with him.
