I have mentored dozens of Junior Solution Consultants on both product skills and soft skills. In addition, I've also helped people outside of the technology industry break into presales roles, despite some not having a technology degree. I believe the product knowledge is secondary to the soft skills, so if you are interested in making a transition, I can help with resume optimization, interview prep, mock demos, etc.
I have been in the technology space since 1999, and exclusively in presales roles for 12 years. I have a unique background in that I've been a Developer (coder), Implementation Consultant, Technical Solution Engineer, and Functional Solution Engineer.
I've also spent my entire career (25 years) in HR technology, so understand how hiring processes work and how AI interprets resumes.
