I was struggling in my job search for an Intermediate SDET Role and Jason was able to help me focus my efforts, build my confidence and help me with my weaknesses. He provided great tips and was honest with me about where I was good and where I could improve. With his help, I was able to get 2 offers and improved considerably in my interviews and job searching despite the canadian job market. I needed someone who understood what it takes to be a great SDET and I found that in Jason. If you want someone that is very honest with you and is interactive, he would be a great mentor for that. Just be open with him about what you are looking for and I am very sure he can help you.
