Hi there! I'm Joel, and I'm currently a Senior Data Scientist at Snapchat. I've been in data science for 10 years, working on a broad spectrum of things, from product analytics and A/B testing to causal inference and machine learning. Irrespective of the technical methods I use, my main goal is always to help ensure every decision is as data-informed as possible. I've worked at both small and big companies, supporting various teams across product, marketing, sales, and operations. Let's just say I've been around the block :)

I've been mentoring for many years now, helping mentees with career advice, interview prep, and simply navigating data science roles.
