I’m Julien, an entrepreneur, business strategist, and passionate mentor with nearly 20 years of experience connecting technology, people, and purpose.

My journey began in an extraordinary environment: the construction of cruise ships. I was responsible for commissioning the audio systems in the onboard theaters, an incredible challenge that took me all the way to the legendary Queen Mary 2. That experience taught me precision, collaboration, and how to deliver excellence under pressure.

After the shipyards, I moved into the world of luxury residential automation, designing and delivering smart homes for high-profile clients. Over time, I transitioned from hands-on technician to CTO, leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex integration projects. Each step reinforced my belief that technology should always serve people, not the other way around.

In 2018, I became CEO of a smart home company, where I led product development and innovation for connected living. Today, I’ve founded my own company in Switzerland, focused on smart living technologies and B2B SaaS solutions that make buildings more intelligent and user-centric.

Alongside my entrepreneurial work, I train architects, engineers, and construction professionals on how to integrate technology effectively in modern buildings, bridging the gap between design and innovation.

My mentoring style is practical, human, and forward-looking. I love helping others bring clarity to complexity, build confidence in decision-making, and turn ambition into meaningful, sustainable action.
