👋 Hello, I'm Juliette! I am a Principal Design Leader at Moderna driving our software for individualized cancer treatment, supply chain, and manufacturing. Prior to this, I spent 8 years as a Design Manager at Microsoft where I brought version-0 emerging technology products to life (Mixed Reality, Computer Vision, Large Language Models).
As a mentor, I have a servant leadership style and deeply care about helping others with their authentic career journey. Each mentorship is both unique and collaborative. When we work together you can, however, expect a consistent combination of direct honesty (thanks Boston upbringing) and laughs.

I’ve had the pleasure of receiving mentorship from Juliette for the past year, and I look forward to picking back up again! When I came across Juliette’s profile, I had just wrapped up a previous mentorship where we met once a week and, due to my schedule, had chosen to take a break with no intention of starting a new mentorship anytime soon.
