I am an experienced Product Leader with ~25 years of experience. I lead the Copilot Platform team at Microsoft, powering our AI experiences for Productivity. I started as a developer and moved into a PM role while pursuing an MBA at University of Washington. I love being able to influence and define product strategy, and obsess about customer needs. I was on the Founding Advisory Board of the UW Product Management Center. As a PM, I started on developer products (.NET Developer Platform), and then focused on communication, collaboration and productivity solutions for Information Workers. A few of the products where I've left a mark are Lync/Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint. I also led the development of Supply Chain platform to unify the Cloud and Devices hardware onto a single stack. I am passionate about growing the representation of women in technology, and have been involved in driving initiatives within Microsoft and also externally with organizations such as Women in Product, IGNITE (Inspire Girls Now In Technology Education), and UW Product Management Center. On the personal front, I am married and a mother of two young and energetic kids, and love sports (avid runner, biker, skier, hiker, mountaineer and now a triathlete).
