With 30+ years in global marketing and advertising, I’ve built my career across American, British, Canadian, and Swiss markets—breaking through the glass ceiling and going on to lead two agencies in Switzerland. Today, I mentor young women to own their value early, navigate the workplace with confidence, and build careers on their own terms.

I mentor them to own their value early and navigate the workplace with confidence, clarity, and strategy. Together, we build self-trust, strengthen their voice, and decode how professional environments really work. I guide them to think intentionally about their careers, develop meaningful networks, and advocate for their worth—financially and professionally. We also focus on boundaries, energy, and avoiding burnout, so success feels sustainable. Beyond the job, I encourage them to design a life aligned with their ambitions and values. The goal is simple: help them move faster, think bigger, and stop underestimating their place in the world.
My mentoring style is calm, thoughtful, and practical. I don’t offer hype, rigid frameworks, or pressure to scale. Instead, I help clients see trade-offs clearly, regain confidence in their judgement, and move forward with decisions they can stand behind.
I bring experience in entrepreneurship, communications, and leadership, and I specialise in moments of transition, recalibration, and redesign - not performance pushing.
