Hey! I'm bringing over 20 years' experience to the table across industries as diverse as fintech, entertainment/media, travel/hospitality, telecom, healthcare, retail, energy among others. My background includes work for brands like Verizon, Avis and Starwood and for some of the largest consulting companies advertising agencies in the business. I've done everything that falls under the umbrella of UX from usability and user research through to persona development, user journey documentation, wireframing, prototyping all the way through to visual design and ultimately to hand-off to developers.
