For over 3 years I’ve been mentoring on a wide range of topics: breaking into product management, career growth, job hunting in US, CIS, Europe and APAC, as well as relocation. I’ve successfully worked with 50+ mentees. For 2 years I was a curator at the Yandex School of Managers, where I guided a group of exceptionally strong students (now at FB, Bumble, Acronis, or running their own startups).
As a CPO, I oversaw several startups in Estonia from concept to launch.
Currently, I’m a co-founder of a startup at the Pre-Seed stage.
My strengths:
Spotting logical gaps and helping structure a clear narrative.
Identifying missing pieces in experience and building a plan to fill them.
Having gone through 2 relocations myself — still upbeat and energetic.
As a mentor, I’ve helped my mentees transition into product management, land jobs in Europe, build team processes from scratch, create personal development plans, and secure promotions from their current roles.
