For over 3 years I’ve been mentoring on a wide range of topics: breaking into product management, career growth, job hunting in US, CIS, Europe and APAC, as well as relocation. I’ve successfully worked with 50+ mentees. For 2 years I was a curator at the Yandex School of Managers, where I guided a group of exceptionally strong students (now at FB, Bumble, Acronis, or running their own startups).
As a CPO, I oversaw several startups in Estonia from concept to launch.
Currently, I’m a co-founder of a startup at the Pre-Seed stage.
