I am a global executive in Financial Services and Payments with extensive experience helping professionals navigate growth, complexity, and leadership transitions within large, matrixed organizations. Over the course of my career, I’ve held leadership roles across operations, strategy, risk and control, process improvement, and project management, giving me a practical, end to end perspective on how careers are built and advanced in real corporate environments.

Through mentorship, I draw on this experience to help early career and mid level professionals develop clarity, confidence, and stronger decision making skills. My focus is on translating enterprise level thinking into actionable guidance around career strategy, communication, visibility, and navigating organizational dynamics intentionally rather than reactively.

I have led and developed high performing global teams across the U.S., UK, Canada, India, the Philippines, Malaysia, Mexico, and Argentina, and I bring a strong people first approach to mentorship. I am particularly passionate about supporting international and first generation professionals as they build long term career foundations in global organizations.
