About

Olá! 👋 I’m Marco — a Brazilian designer and developer based in Los Angeles. Over the past 13 years, I’ve worked both in-house and at world-class agencies, helping global brands like Apple, Meta, Google, and Adidas solve complex problems through design.

But I’ve been where you are: navigating life and career with limited resources, trying to break into the industry, unsure what hiring managers were looking for, and figuring out how to stand out.

As your mentor, I’ll offer hands-on support, actionable feedback, and real-world guidance to help you take the next step. I’ve helped mentees land roles and earn promotions at tech companies, agencies, and startups — and I’d love to support you on your journey too.

Whether you're trying to work abroad, switch careers, join an agency or startup you love, break into big tech, or just level up — I’m here to help. Let’s connect!

What mentees say

3 out of 5 stars

He seems to be really good at visual design and can provide feedback and a good perspective. No criticism of the skill and know-how. Great points on the portfolio review session and review of my project. The drawback was that the time allotted was not enough for me to get out of the mentorship what I wanted for the price that is set. Probably would need to be structured differently in terms of timeline and amount of time allocated. It would probably also help if I came in with a specific challenge and just stuck to 1 project I was actively working on from start to the end of the mentorship. The drawback is also that on a product, there still needs to be some knowledge transfer, and it can take one whole session just for that to happen.
