To grab their attention, it needs to have the correct information, in the right amount, in the right place.
💪 Practice situational awareness to increase your presence and interact effectively and gracefully with stakeholders. Handling yourself properly, in written and oral form, to your line manager, team or hiring manager, reduces the communication friction and makes them more receptive to your needs.
💪 Finally, I'm sure you already have the technical skills required or are attending specialised courses. The last critical factor is how you prioritise your tasks and manage your time: it's not enough to do the right things. To have a positive impact, they need to be done in the proper sequence. Your own time is the most precious resource.
