I help technology, operations, product and project professionals get promoted, lead a team for the first time and manage demanding stakeholders with confidence. Each session ends with defined next steps, not general advice.
I spent years as an individual contributor before being invited into management, and I know how opaque that transition looks from the outside. My role is to make it concrete: what the job requires, what to stop doing, and how to become visible to the people who decide.
For over 19 years, I have led delivery in large, complex organisations across streaming and media, biopharmaceuticals, mobility and industrial engineering:
• Delivery governance across 30+ engineering teams and ~300 engineers in Fortune 500 streaming technology
• Continuous-improvement lead at a global biopharmaceutical company's first European capability centre, from three months after launch
• 12 years of P&L accountability for an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited engineering laboratory serving automotive and aerospace manufacturers
• Certified SAFe 6 Scrum Master and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt; international conference speaker
