About
Hey, I'm Marina. During my career, I've held marketing leadership roles at startups & scale-ups where I built marketing functions from scratch, spent years in senior marketing & product roles in the UK & the US at a large corporate, worked as a consultant and also successfully grew my own B2B marketing agency.
Right now I work as a Fractional CMO, helping founders & fledgling marketing teams with things like strategic positioning, GTM, marketing strategy, growth and team building.
I also mentor privately and love supporting others in their own journey - marketing can be a tough gig! I've often been the youngest and one of the only women on leadership teams so I'd like to think I can offer a unique perspective and support others in similar situations.
