Hey, I'm Marina. Over the course of my career, I've experienced marketing from most angles, working with bootstrapped & VC/PE backed startups & scaleups to agency, big corporates, non-profits and solo-preneurs. I've helped build businesses and high-performing marketing teams across a range of products, industries & business models.
Right now I work as a Fractional CMO, helping founders & fledgling marketing teams with things like strategic positioning, GTM, marketing strategy, growth and team building.
I'm down to earth, straight-talking and supportive. I have an informal style and am deeply invested in my mentees journey, choosing to only work with a small number of mentees every month. I've often been the youngest or one of the only women on leadership teams, so I can offer a unique perspective and support others in similar situations.
