Are you stuck on the technical or AI side of the PM job? I help people in product build things themselves to progress their careers – AI agents, automations, data flows, and deployed prototypes.
Beyond the building, I help with moving from IC to a lead, landing a promotion, or getting into product from somewhere else. Being credible on the technical side helps with it all.
How I work
- We start by working out what you want from the next few months
- We break it into small steps and hands-on tasks, clearly written down.
- Weekly chat check-ins on progress and accountability, and to adjust course where needed
- Two calls a month to go deeper where I teach hands-on, with a summary and action list after each.
About me:
I am a Senior Technical Product Manager with 10+ years across data, APIs and AI products. Started as a software engineer and still build things myself. Recent highlight – as a side work project, I shipped a usable PoC of a commercial enablement tool in a few weeks using Claude Code. Prospect data prep went from days of analyst time to under 15 minutes, self-serve for the sales team. I can teach you to deliver that kind of value in your own role on top of your business-as-usual responsibilities.
I've also taken a data API from a two-engineer build to over $1M revenue and adoption by global food retailers, and led delivery of a unified data platform across three eng teams after a merger of five companies. So in addition to tech skills, we can also talk roadmaps, stakeholders or commercial strategy.
I am new to MentorCruise, but not to career mentoring and coaching – I have 50h+ of experience in tech career mentoring, and 150h+ in broader career and goals coaching. I hold an ICF ACC coaching credential, an MSc in Software Engineering from UCL, and a PGDip in Applied Neuroscience from KCL.

What's included in the trial?
Every trial is a little different–here's what Marta says about their trial:
The trial week is a chance for both of us to see if we're a good fit. We'll have one call (up to 60 minutes) to talk through where you are, what you're working on, and what you want from mentorship. Where it's useful, we can start on something concrete in that call – like automating one of your workflows. I'll be honest about whether I can genuinely help, and you should feel free to do the same. You can also ask questions via chat during the trial."
