I'm a Senior Technical Product Manager with 10+ years in tech, working across data, API and AI products. I help people in Product navigate technical, data & AI work, career growth, and transitions.

I started my career as a software engineer and made a conscious move into product. I bring technical and data-driven depth into everything I do – from hands-on data analysis and AI prototyping, to roadmaps and commercial strategy.

I hold an ICF ACC coaching credential and a PGDip in Applied Neuroscience from King's College London, which shapes how I work with people: a supportive, trust-based space, with real hands-on product and engineering experience. I have 200h+ experience in coaching and mentoring.

- The real-life stuff: a challenging stakeholder situation, a decision you keep putting off, a conversation you're avoiding, holding up under pressure when everyone's watching, setting boundaries and managing workload when the demands aren't reasonable.

How I work:
Sessions are structured around what you're actually dealing with, not a fixed plan. I work from a coaching stance – which means I'm less likely to hand you a template and more likely to help you figure out what's actually going on. If you need it, I'll teach you hard skills hands-on and offer my opinion and experience – but the goal is always for you to own it, not just follow what I say.
