Hi! I’m a Senior iOS Developer with 5+ years of experience building native iOS features, and I currently work at DoorDash. Day to day, I work across the full development flow: designing and implementing features, integrating REST APIs, managing dependencies with CocoaPods and Swift Package Manager, and writing tests with XCTest, Quick, and Nimble. I’ve also built a lot of UI using both ViewCode and .xib, so I’m happy to help you get comfortable with layouts, animations, and shipping polished experiences.

As a mentor, I’m very hands-on and practical. I love pair programming, doing thoughtful code reviews, and breaking down “big” topics (architecture, performance, testing strategy, refactors) into clear steps you can apply right away. My goal is to help you build confidence, whether you’re learning the fundamentals, preparing for interviews, or leveling up how you write and structure code on a real production app.

I’ve also been part of the Apple Developer Academy and a bunch of hackathons, and I’ve been lucky to win a few awards, including the Apple Swift Student Challenge in 2020 and 2021. I speak Portuguese fluently and I’m comfortable in English, so we can chat in whichever language helps you learn best.
