About
I am very lucky to have met many good mentors in my career path, and because of this, I always try to pass this on to the juniors who have just joined the industry.
For me, mentoring is a two-way street. I find myself learning from the young and rising stars ever so often, and that keeps me motivated at work. Through this program, I hope we can have an exchange of knowledge, ideas, perspectives, and eventually find ourselves in a better place than before, even if it's just ever so slightly.
What happens when you start
You tell Michelle your goals. They see exactly what you want to work on before session one.
You meet within days. Michelle reviews your application and books your first session, usually within a day or two.
You leave with a plan. Concrete next steps and a weekly rhythm from your very first week.
