I am very lucky to have met many good mentors in my career path, and because of this, I always try to pass this on to the juniors who have just joined the industry.
For me, mentoring is a two-way street. I find myself learning from the young and rising stars ever so often, and that keeps me motivated at work. Through this program, I hope we can have an exchange of knowledge, ideas, perspectives, and eventually find ourselves in a better place than before, even if it's just ever so slightly.
