I’ve spent 26 years shaping large-scale change inside Fortune 100 organizations, including Travelers, IBM, Ford Motor Company, and Cigna-ESI. I’ve done the same while coaching smaller, growing companies like Trudell Consulting Engineers and Solid Light — and I’m looking to do more of that work in my mentoring role.
