After 2 decades in Tech, leading software engineering teams at both Google, Microsoft, and studying coaching at Stanford, I would love to give back to the community, and spread my mentorship and coaching help to more engineers. How can I help you?

1) Are curious about how to join and accelerate your growth at companies like Microsoft and Google? I am happy to share how I joined Microsoft and Google as software Engineer, grew quickly in both companies starting from Entry level IC at Microsoft to a Senior Engineering manager at Google managing managers, ICs (TLs , Senior and junior engineers).

2) Do you find your self facing difficult situations, need help managing or leading through change, or pivot your teams to a new technology like Gen AI? I am happy to share with you my own experience in both building and using AI based products, building teams & products from scratch, pivoting existing teams, planning OKRS and create a clear vision.

3) Are you a leader who is transitioning to be a TL, manager or manager of manager ? I am happy to help you make the successful transition and share my experience growing ICs and leaders to such roles, and how to form high performing teams.
