About

After 2 decades in Tech, leading software engineering teams at both Google, Microsoft, studying coaching at Stanford, and co-founding an AI startup, I would love to give back to the community.

Transforming someone's career and helping others unlock their true potentials, has been one of the most rewarding activities in my career.

Have you found growth opportunities hard to come by lately? You are not alone! Let’s work together to fix that for you. Schedule your free session, and I am happy to help.

How can I help you?
1) Are you a leader who is transitioning to be a TL, manager or manager of manager ? I am happy to help you make the successful transition and share my experience growing ICs and leaders to such roles, and how to form high performing teams.

2) Are curious about how to join and accelerate your growth at companies like Microsoft and Google? I am happy to share how I joined Microsoft and Google as software Engineer, grew quickly in both companies starting from Entry level IC at Microsoft to a Senior Engineering manager at Google managing managers, ICs (TLs , Senior and junior engineers).

3) Do you find your self facing difficult situations, need help managing or leading through change, or pivot your teams to a new technology like Gen AI? I am happy to share with you my own experience in both building and using AI based products, building teams & products from scratch, pivoting existing teams, planning OKRS and create a clear vision.

This isn’t “career advice.” It’s the exact framework I used to:
- Lead teams at Google/Microsoft while staying hands-on
- Pivot expertise as tech shifted under my feet
- Negotiate roles where strategy and execution collide
- Get on a fast promotion trajectory at both Microsoft and Google, while successfully switching from IC to TL to Engineering manager roles.

Mona is a great mentor and is all about listening and serving the person speaking. She is very subjective and always wants to make sure she gets her point across clearly. She has already benefited me, and I will continue to work with her for the foreseeable future.

Mona is a great mentor. She is very understanding and listening. She give insights from a level that you can't find online by yourself. The world is changing fast. I do think everyone need a mentor beside their manager to know what's going on out there. Mona is one of the best mentor you can ask for.

Mona is a wonderful mentor. She has helped me think through what effective people management looks like, including how to grow people, handle conflicts, manage performance, and use my time more effectively. We were also able to discuss real-life situations I faced in detail, which made the sessions very practical and valuable. I highly recommend her.
