About

I help founders and business professionals turn a complex business challenge into a clear decision and a practical commercial plan.

I am Moria, founder and CEO of KIGO and a cofounder and early venture contributor at Tevva. My experience spans venture development, customer discovery, partnerships, sustainable mobility and technology adoption in the UK and European markets.

At KIGO, I work with insights from councils, schools and other stakeholders to develop the business proposition and shape product and commercial priorities. My earlier Tevva experience brings a founder perspective on how customers, infrastructure, regulation and investment influence technology adoption.

Bring a real challenge. We can work on:

• Commercial strategy and UK market entry: choose a market, identify potential buyers and prioritise the next steps.
• Customer discovery and positioning: test assumptions, understand buying decisions and explain your value clearly.
• Business models and pricing: examine revenue options, pricing assumptions and what needs to be tested.
• Partnerships and business development: prepare proposals, sales messages and focused commercial conversations.
• Founder leadership and growth planning: clarify team responsibilities, sequence priorities and decide what needs to happen before scaling.
• Sustainability and funding readiness: build a credible commercial story and prepare materials for funders and professional advisers.

For SEIS and EIS, I can help organise the business case and questions for qualified advisers. I provide commercial mentoring, not legal, tax or regulated investment advice. Funding and business outcomes are not guaranteed.

My approach is thoughtful, direct and practical. We review your material, challenge assumptions and agree actions you can take next. This might be a clearer customer proposition, a pricing test, a stronger pitch narrative or a focused 30 day plan.

I am particularly suited to technology, mobility and sustainability ventures, including businesses working with public sector stakeholders. Sessions are remote, in English or Hebrew.

Send me a short note about your business, its stage and the decision you most need help with. We will check whether my experience and mentoring approach are right for you.
