Hi, I'm Natalia! I'm a Senior Service Designer and Research Strategist with nearly 15 years of experience across the public and private sectors.
I've worked on complex transformation programmes with organisations including the Department for Education, NHS England, NHS Scotland and the Scottish Government.
My expertise goes beyond design methods. I specialise in understanding how services actually work, connecting people, technology, operations and strategy, and helping organisations solve complex problems.
I'm also the founder of The Curious Society, a learning and publishing company exploring Service Design, systems thinking, technology, AI and the future of work.
