Nicola is an aerospace engineer with over 15 years of experience in aerospace operations, automotive, and healthcare. He earned an MBA focusing on entrepreneurship and collaborates as a mentor and advisor with several international accelerators, including SpaceFounders, The Founder Institute, and the CASSINI Business Accelerator. He also holds a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Aerospace and Astronautical Engineering and a Professional Master’s in Management for the Aerospace Industry.

Nicola is recognized for his strong leadership skills, having led multicultural teams of more than 40 people and overseen cross-functional projects. He excels in operational excellence, manufacturing, and digital transformation. He currently serves as EMEA MedTech Engineering Senior Manager at Johnson & Johnson, where he has developed a strategic automation roadmap for medical device supply chains. In his previous role at Beyond Gravity in Zürich, Switzerland, Nicola launched initiatives related to computer vision, robotic process automation, smart factory systems, and extended reality, resulting in annual savings exceeding €1 million.

Fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish—plus intermediate German—Nicola is customer-oriented and entrepreneurial. In his free time, he volunteers, mentors recent graduates, advises startups, plays the guitar, acts in theater, practices yoga, and enjoys high-quality cuisine.
