I've spent my entire career in video game development.
My experience includes:
- leading the team behind a 3rd person action MOBA called Predecessor (https://www.predecessorgame.com/)
- leading the team at Ubisoft Sofia behind Assassin's Creed: Valhalla and its DLC - Dawn of Ragnarok
- further back I have worked with some of biggest game studios on AAA titles including PUBG, Minecraft, Guild Wars 2, Sea of Thieves among others
- helped shipped multiple smaller blockchain games
I've taken responsibilities for different aspects of product and team management:
- On the technical side - design and architecture, CI pipelines, automation & testing, code reviews
- On the organisational side - planning & roadmap, JIRA management
- On the people side - hiring people, performance evaluations, 1:1s. Keeping the team spirit high is the one I swear by is the most critical factor for success in any organisation.

I have been working with Nikola as a mentee in Unreal Engine 5 for about a year, and the experience has far exceeded my expectations. I realized I had the tools to design, troubleshoot, and ship functionality without hand holding or waiting for our next meeting.
