Niko is a very senior professional and able to advise on many aspects, whether its career guidance, strategic questions or more operational challenges that one might run into during their daily activities. We had valuable sessions where Niko showed a lot of investment from his side to understand my situation and he provided me with new insights that helped me to improve my approach to the challenges I was facing.
