I've spent 20+ years in senior leadership, FTSE 100, AIM-listed CEO, deep-tech founder, and the last two building five commercial AI-powered applications from scratch, personally writing every line of code (with Claude's help). I also spent nine years as a training manager and hold a diploma in executive coaching and NLP. I know how adults learn, how leaders grow, and how technology actually gets adopted inside real organisations.
Living with ADHD taught me early that the right systems aren't a luxury they're needed for my survival. That's what shaped everything: how I lead, how I build, and how I coach.
