You’ll work with an experienced mentor to explore where AI can be most useful for you, how to use the right tools with more intention, and how to avoid common mistakes or shallow workflows. Together, you can review use cases, refine prompting, build better habits, and think through how AI can support research, writing, analysis, communication, coding, or decision-making in your specific context. The goal is to leave with clearer use cases, stronger workflows, and more confidence in applying AI to real work.
Your mentor
I'm a co-founder and CEO who still writes all the code. I've built and shipped five production compliance and operations products solo using AI-assisted development, across web, iOS and Android, with over 10 million lines of production code behind me.
Before that: VP at Inmarsat, GM of a satellite startup I grew from 3 to 35+ people on a €21m programme, then CEO of an AIM-listed plc. So I've seen this from both the engineering bench and the board table.
What I coach: getting real output from Claude Code and similar tools rather than demos that fall over. Repo structure and engineering standards that keep AI-generated code maintainable. Knowing when to let the model run and when to stop it. Shipping to real users, not just to localhost.
Sessions usually run weekday evenings UK time and some weekday afternoons. Bring a real problem, a repo, or a stuck build. The more specific, the more you'll get out of the hour.
