About

I’m a senior leader, founder, former CEO, and board level operator with over 20 years’ experience building, fixing, and leading organisations across technology, SaaS, AI, IoT, and satellite communications.
I’m currently a founder, and over the course of my career I’ve operated at every level of the system. I’ve led organisations generating over $200m in annual sales, built and scaled teams of more than 100 people, hired PhD level specialists, VPs, and C suite leaders, and taken companies through periods of rapid growth, restructuring, and reinvention. I’ve also worked in environments recognised externally, including landing in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work.
Alongside leadership and board work, I’ve remained close to the work itself. I’ve been at the sharp end building applications, working directly with customers, solving real problems, and translating complex technical capability into something people actually value. I’ve partnered with organisations such as the European Space Agency, UK Space Agency, Microsoft, Cisco, and McKinsey, but I’ve also spent plenty of time in the detail, where strategy either succeeds or fails.
What matters most to me isn’t the logos or the titles. It’s the quality of decisions people make under pressure. I’ve seen how careers really progress and stall, how leadership is judged when things are uncertain, and how often talented people undersell themselves, follow paths that don’t fit, or stay stuck longer than they need to.
As a mentor, I’m practical, candid, and human. I don’t offer generic coaching frameworks or motivational soundbites. Instead, I help people think clearly about where they are, what they want, what’s realistically possible, and what trade offs they’re making, often without realising it.
I work best with professionals and leaders who are reflective, curious, and ready to take ownership of their next chapter, whether that’s a career pivot, stepping into leadership, preparing for high stakes interviews, or navigating complexity and ambiguity with more confidence.
If you’re looking for honest perspective, grounded challenge, and support rooted in real leadership and operating experience, we’ll likely work well together.
