Why this area? I've been there! I've gone from full-stack digital marketer, to web project manager to developing a high performing digital marketing team covering Website development, UX, SEO, PPC, Social media, digital content, Salesforce CRM, Analytics, Marketing Automation, and Martech integrations. Yes it's a lot, and I know it all through problem-solving and finding the right people for the right job. My experience to leadership has been through self-discovery looking at 'managers I don't want to eminate', 'managers that inspire' and personal growth.
